Although it didn't fit her taste, the quality of the product was just as described, and was received in a matter of days. I tried contact Amazon to return the rug and found it impossible to reach a live person so I reached out to Kozy Komfort by Karen and got the most uncommon customer service! The gentleman was a true throw back to the old days: courteous, friendly, helpful, caring, understanding! An absolute gem! I was not able to keep the rug, but I would absolutely patronize this vendor again. Gerald is a man of honor and integrity! I couldn't have been happier with the customer service I received! Its not very soft, and it slips on the rug, but if you have hardwood floors im sure it would be perfect. All in all, she is very pleased, so i am very pleased. If we have to pull it back to the right spot every night who cares. it takes 2 seconds. :)

(More customer reviews)When I bought this, I fully expected a commercial grade carpet with Tinks picture on it. Well I was way off. It's super soft - like fleece blanket soft. I think this will be a blessing and a curse, as I love how it feels, but it's probably going to get dirty very quickly. We'll see though. I'm very happy with the quality of this rug as it was much higher than I expected to get - especially for the price.

(More customer reviews)I bought this carpet for our daughter who is almost 10, she wanted a new blanket and she wanted this one so she could play with her Polly Pocket on the carpet and she loves it. She makes games now where the dolls and there littlest pet shop animals live in the house, and they can go around doing different things. The carpet is nice and big, colors are great, and the print is nice. I was a bit worried when I bought it but she really love it, so yes I would recommend this carpet.
