Its not very soft, and it slips on the rug, but if you have hardwood floors im sure it would be perfect. All in all, she is very pleased, so i am very pleased. If we have to pull it back to the right spot every night who cares. it takes 2 seconds. :)

(More customer reviews)When I bought this, I fully expected a commercial grade carpet with Tinks picture on it. Well I was way off. It's super soft - like fleece blanket soft. I think this will be a blessing and a curse, as I love how it feels, but it's probably going to get dirty very quickly. We'll see though. I'm very happy with the quality of this rug as it was much higher than I expected to get - especially for the price.
