(More customer reviews)The steamer mop is ok, but doesn't seem hot enough and resevior seems too small to complete a room.
As for handheld steamer, the curved nozzle attachment is useless. Looses pressure and steam when it hits the curved part.
It also doesn't seem hot enough. I can put my hand right in front of the nozzle.
