(More customer reviews)I was amazed at how accurate the colors were when the rug arrived - so often when you buy a rug online, the colors are way different when you see it in person. This rug is heavy and thick and beautiful! And when it turned out that a round rug was the wrong shape for our entrance hall, I called the company to return it, and representative was extremely nice and helpful, and went out of his way to "make sure the customer is happy," as he said, and he is now sending me the same rug in a different shape that I know will be perfect.
He didn't have to be so nice and accommodating--since nothing was wrong with the rug and it was my own error in judgment on what would be the right shape for the space--so I was very impressed. Oh, and did I mention that it shipped super-quickly?
I give both the rug AND the company five stars!
