(More customer reviews)These are good quality belts and do indeed fit the Fantom Fury. I was skeptical when I saw the other reviewer's note that they didn't and were too small but it's a simple matter of stretching the belt which isn't difficult. It needs to be quite taught so that it won't slip while in use. The packaging is indeed marked for the Fantom as shown in the picture. No issuess and vacuum runs great!

It is pulling the brush onto the plastic fixtures of the vacuum to the point that when I ran the vacuum for 90 seconds, part of the brush was melted away from rubbing against the guides. Hard to explain, but I know I'm never buying another belt unless it's made by the vacuum manufacturer--certainly never this kind.

The product "Number" 40201160 is a bit confusing, and the description should be made to denote that product "Number" 40201160 is Hoover's product number for a PACKAGE OF TWO 38528-033 or 38528033, belts.
Having received shipment, and confirming that these were the exact replacement item, I have to say that this is a 'no-brainer' with Amazon's offer for free shipping.
