(More customer reviews)This mesmerizing product is so different than a wind chime. First off, it's not the least bit noisy, and it isn't offendsive to the neighbors. Also if you take your time to select the perfect place for it, it can be the greatest stress reducer ever. I can sit on my patio, read a book, take a break and end up watching it and feel so relaxed. Only drawback is that if left out in the elements it rusts and pits. If you don't mind that, GO FOR IT. It's well worth the money. Also it really looks very nice in your garden, or by itself.

(More customer reviews)This is a nice design, but it is extremely flimsy. In fact, it is paper thin. I was expecting it to have a little more heft to it. Also, the pop rivets used to hold it together are overly large and detract from the appearance.
Because of the lighter material, the inner unit strikes the outer in higher wind and makes rather a unattractive sound. If the copper had been thicker, it may have helped this issue.
So, great design, but poor execution.

(More customer reviews)Arrived in perfect condition, ready to hang. After a few windy days I noticed that the inner spinner was getting stuck between the wings of the larger spinner. Once stuck, it never came unstuck unless I nudged it myself. We've had a windy spring and this became a real nuisance. Finally I tried pulling the top and bottom of the larger spinner to make it narrower and I think I overdid it because it hardly spun after that even in a brisk wind. Since then I have partly pushed it back and the inner spinner hasn't gotten stuck, but neither are spinning as well as they did originally. I really like the look of it and its well made, but satisfaction-wise I'm at best half way there. Now while I am writing this review, i notice on the review web page there is an image of the spinner and I must say that it definitely looks slimmer than the item I received, so perhaps I am/was on the right track giving it a stretch from top to bottom.
Next thing I tried was adjusting the size of the inner spinner by squeezing it top to bottom so it became slightly wider. That did the trick. Its been fine for a year and hasnt gotten stuck once.
