Although it didn't fit her taste, the quality of the product was just as described, and was received in a matter of days. I tried contact Amazon to return the rug and found it impossible to reach a live person so I reached out to Kozy Komfort by Karen and got the most uncommon customer service! The gentleman was a true throw back to the old days: courteous, friendly, helpful, caring, understanding! An absolute gem! I was not able to keep the rug, but I would absolutely patronize this vendor again. Gerald is a man of honor and integrity! I couldn't have been happier with the customer service I received!
