(More customer reviews)We bought this pad and a 9X12 pad for our two rugs. The 9X12 is wonderful. You can feel the difference immediately. The 8X10 rug feels the same as it does without the pad. It will protect the wood floors so I gave 2 stars for that. I wish I had known how much thinner this one would be as I would not have ordered it. Also, it is impossible to lay flat. When you flatten one spot another bunches up as if it had been stretched out of shape.
